This years Summer Reading Challenge is almost here!
Starting from the 13th July, come and sign your children up in the library for the Summer Reading challenge. Once they are signed up they will get a sticker chart to complete for each book they read, when they complete all six reads they can win a medal and certificate. The children can read any books they want from the library, if there is a certain topic or author that they love and we don’t have it on our shelves – you can order it in for free using the Libraries West App.
The theme of this year’s challenge is – ‘Marvellous Makers’. To go along with this year’s theme, the library has a full schedule of free creative events, for you to bring the kids to! To see all of these events please visit our Facebook page for more details.
