The latest programme of activity from the Wellbeing College is now available. It includes an introduction to Tai Chi in an outdoor environment, Greyfield Woods in High Littleton.  It promises gentle exercises which calm the mind, increase energy and vitality and reduce tension and stress.

There is no charge for the six weekly sessions and the next course, from 10.00am till 12noon, begins on Tuesday June 4th and ends on Tuesday, July 9th. More details of this and other courses here.

The Wellbeing College is funded by B&NES Clinical Commissioning Group and B&NES Council. It is open to residents in B&NES over the age of 16 or those who are registered with a B&NES GP.
