Timsbury Parish Council meetings are normally held on the first Monday of each month, except August, in the Tyning Room of the Conygre Hall, North Road, generally starting at 7:30pm. Extraordinary meetings are also held when needed.
Members of the public may attend the meeting but if they want to address the Council they must have prior permission from the Clerk (see below). Please see the Agenda and Minutes.

Annual Parish Meetings
This is when the Parish Council reports on its activities for the previous year to the end of March, along with the Conygre Trust which manages the Conygre Hall and recreation field for the Council. Any villager can attend and ask questions or raise any topic about the village. The next Annual Parish Meeting will be on: Monday 30th April 2018 at 7.30 in the Conygre Hall, North Road
