The Parish Council is currently reviewing services for young people in Timsbury, and we would like the input of Young People from the ages of 11 – 18, and their parents and carers, over the next few months to help with the investigation.

We would like to find out what services are known about and used now, and discover what other facilities and services young people would like.
There is a limited budget to spend each year, and the Parish Council would like to ensure that this is spent on things that will have the most use and benefit.
We have created an online questionnaire for parents and carers to complete, you can find this here: Timsbury Young People Survey.
The online questionnaire will be available until the end of August.
We will also be sending round a separate version of the questionnaire to young people themselves to complete; paper copies of the questionnaire will be available in the YMCA Hub Library and Conygre Hall. We will also be attending existing Youth Clubs and activities to meet young people and talk to them directly. We have already had the input of St Mary’s Year 6 who did a great job of outlining their views.
In September we will be holding a Youth Services Workshop to discuss the findings, and brainstorm ideas as to how we can bring some of the proposed facilities and services into being!
If anyone is interested in getting involved in the Workshop they should please contact Victoria Ansell: ansellvictoria@gmail.com.
