Event days

Last updated: 13th December 2016

Get Seedy Saturday! – second Saturday in March

Get Seedy Saturday! is an annual seed swap, potato day, and green fair for seed savers, keen growers, and anyone aiming for a more sustainable lifestyle.

It is an opportunity to share seeds, pick up some new and interesting varieties, exchange tips and experiences and find out more about local community groups and initiatives.

By growing, saving and swapping, gardeners can connect with likeminded local people, help to keep some wonderful traditional varieties alive, experiment and create locally adapted varieties and above all, have fun!

Next event:  Saturday 14th March 2020 from 10am to 2pm, at Timsbury Conygre Hall. Find out more: www.seedysaturday.org.uk

Fun Day

On a Saturday in mid-June Timsbury had a Fun Day for many years until 2018. We are looking for new organisers of this or any similar event. See what it looked like on FunDay Facebook Page and News page.
