New library open in Midsomer Norton

A B&NES  One Stop Shop and Library is now open at The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton following a  £350,000 investment programme.

It brings together learning, advice and information resources as well as council and partner services and creates the opportunity for people to study, discover, access information, make use of IT or hold community events.

There is a new children’s area with soft seating and fun educational features. There is free WiFi throughout, improved internet technology, improved access to printing including wireless technology as well as a quiet area to study.

The Library is open from 9.30am Mondays to Saturdays and closes at 5.00pm Mondays to Thursdays,  4.30pm on Fridays and 1.00pm on Saturdays.
