Virgin Care has set up a Citizens’ Panel to enable people living in B&NES to have a say about how to improve health and care services. The panel is open to everyone whether or not they currently use the health services.
As part of the sign-up process panel members are invited to choose a level of membership and indicate the areas of the service that interest them. The levels are:
Informed – receiving newsletters, guides to services and updates.
Asked – participating in surveys, research, voting on awards.
Involved – helping to shape future services, helping produce communications, testing health apps and innovations.
